In an effort to make things as seamless as possible for our customers, we have created a new way to pay invoices and purchase or renew Home Service Agreements. Please see the instructions below for creating an account or click the link to be directed to the portal.

Account creation:

Click “Request an Invitation”

Then verify your email. *Please note that your account must be created with the email address that is associated with your account at Chesapeake. Please feel free to reach out to the office at 302-372-6006 if your email address needs to be updated.*

After your email address is entered and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the confirmation link in the email and you will be prompted to create a password to log in the Customer Portal.
